abstract The invention relates to isoflavone amide derivatives represented by a general formula I as described in the specification. In the general formula I, R<1> is same and is selected from the group consisting of NH2, a C1-C6 alkylidene group COOM and a C1-C6 alkyl group, M is an alkali metal ion or alkaline earth metal ion, and R<2> is mutually independent C1-C6 alkylene groups. The invention also relates to a preparation method for the derivatives represented by the general formula I and application of the derivatives as an anti-oxidant. The derivatives represented by the general formula I have good free radical scavenging activity and can be used as a basis for research on novel isoflavone drugs with antioxidation performance.
