titleOfInvention | Separating and purifying method for L-tryptophan |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for separating and purifying L-tryptophan from fermentation liquid. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adjusting the pH value of tryptophan fermentation liquid to a range of 2.5 to 4.0, filtering to remove bacteria by using a ceramic membrane with a hole diameter of 50 to 100 nm; (2) removing impurities in the ceramic membrane filtrate through a reverse-rotating continuous ion-exchanging movable bed, wherein the continuous ion-exchanging movable bed is divided into the following areas in a clock-wise direction, namely a material washing area, a material feeding area, a hydrochloric acid regenerating and acid washing area, an ammonia water degrading and ammonia water-washing area, and a product backwater area; (3) discoloring the desorbed desorption liquid by subjecting the liquid to go through a nano filtering membrane with a molecular weight of 300 to 1000 Da; (4) subjecting the discolored material liquid to go through a reverse osmosis membrane to carry out a drying and condensing treatment. The separated and purified L-tryptophan solution is crystallized after the process of pressure reduced concentration, the total yield of L-tryptophan is about 89%, and the product purity is 99% or more. |
