titleOfInvention Method for treating wastewater containing nickel in complex state
abstract The invention relates to a method for treating wastewater containing nickel in the complex state. The method comprises the following steps: (1) at first, adding H2SO4 to adjust the pH value of the wastewater to 4.0-5.0; (2), adding 40-400 ppm of FeSO4 and stirring for 2-5 min; (3) adding sodium hydroxide and readjusting the pH value of the wastewater to 9.5-10.5; (4) then, adding 50-500 ppm of PAC (Poly Aluminium Chloride), and stirring for 2-5 min; (5) adding 10-100 ppm of trithiocyanuric acid trisodillm salts and stirring for 2-5 min; (6) at last, adding 0.5-5 ppm of anions, stirring for 10-20 min, precipitating for 10-20 min, and testing the content of nickel in filtered water. The method has the benefits that the cost is low, the use amount is small, the treatment effect on various forms of nickel in the water is relatively good, the operation is easy, the secondary pollution is avoided, no toxic gases are generated, the treatment effect on nickel in the complex state is relatively good particularly, and the nickel removal rate is high.
