The universal influenza vaccine disclosed in the invention, using the gp96 as a natural adjuvant, has the following functional characteristics and effects: (1) the universal influenza vaccine can effectively activate influenza virus-specific CTL and Th1 cells to induce T-cell immune response against influenza virus; (2) the universal influenza vaccine has a cross protection effect by inducing T-cell immune response against influenza virus. |
