A hybrid white organic light lighting emitting device comprises a base plate, an anode, a cathode and an organic functional layer, wherein the organic functional layer is arranged between the anode and the cathode and provided with a light emitting layer. A blue fluorescence light emitting layer of the light emitting layer is separated from a phosphorescence light emitting layer of the light emitting layer by a spacer layer. The spacer layer contains host materials and object dopants, wherein the object dopants are doped in the host materials, the host materials are organic semiconductor materials, and the object dopants are inorganic materials. If the host materials are p type organic semiconductor materials, the object dopants are inorganic materials which can form an n type doping layer; if the host materials are n type organic semiconductor materials, the object dopants are inorganic materials which can form a p type doping layer; if the host materials are bipolar type organic semiconductor materials, the object dopants are inorganic materials which can form the n type doping layer or the p type doping layer. The hybrid white light organic lighting emitting device is high in efficiency, good in stability and long in service life. |
