According to the present invention, the gene or the mature peptide gene of the diamondback moth antibacterial peptide defensin is subjected to eukaryotic expression, and the obtained mature peptide provides inhibition effects for a variety of gram-positive bacteria, especially provides significant inhibition or killing effects for Bacillus thuringiensis, and can be used for preparing preparations for inhibition or killing of Bacillus thuringiensis and other gram-positive bacteria.
