abstract | The invention discloses a method of preparing butadiene from gasoline. The method comprises following steps: (1) in the presence of a cyclization catalyst, subjecting gasoline to carry out cyclization reactions so as to obtain a hydrocarbon mixture containing six-membered ring hydrocarbon; (2) in the presence of a hydrogenation catalyst, subjecting the hydrocarbon mixture containing six-membered ring hydrocarbon to carry out hydrogenation reactions so as to obtain a hydrocarbon mixture containing cyclohexane and/or alkyl cyclohexane; (3) taking the hydrocarbon mixture containing cyclohexane and/or methyl cyclohexane as at least part of a cracking raw material to carry out steam cracking reactions. The method provided by the invention of preparing butadiene from a gasoline has a high yield of butadiene, and a low yield of methane, and thus the energy consumption of the cooling box during the separation process of cracking gas is reduced. |
