titleOfInvention Synthesis of 4,5-dihydro-3-alkyl phthalide and its derivant
abstract The present invention relates to a method for preparing 4, 5-dihydro-3-alkyl phthalide, and derivant thereof, which are directly obtained by that 3-alkyl or 3-alkylidene radical phthalide, or o-acyl phthalide and derivant thereof are used as raw materials to be carried out for birch reduction. For example, 3-butenyl phthalide is carried out for Birch reduction to directly obtain (+/-) celery element. The present invention has the characteristics of simple and convenient method, low cost and large amounts of synthesis.
