abstract | The invention discloses application of a morphinan quaternary ammonium salt derivative to blocking exogenous opioids, in particular new application for fully or partially reversing the pharmacological action produced by opioid medicaments with nalfurafine and a medicinal salt thereof as active ingredients. The derivative can be used as an auxiliary medicament for relapse prevention after detoxification of opioid dependent patients, and can also be used for relieving respiratory depression caused after operation of an opioid medicament composite anesthetic, wakening the patients and treating overdose of the opioid medicaments and acute alcohol poisoning and the like. |
