According to the tremella-containing cool and refreshing nourishing food and the production method thereof, the application range of the tremella is widened and the nourishing effects of cooling, refreshing and removing heat are expressed sufficiently; meanwhile, the eating convenience is realized. In the production process, environment-friendly effect is realized, and waste dreg, waste gas and harmful substances are avoided; no chemical reagent is not used so that the food is safe to eat. |
