abstract The invention discloses an infant rice powder capable of promoting intelligence. The infant rice noodle comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of long-shaped rice, 10-20 parts of coix lacryma-jobi, 8-10 of parts radix puerariae powder, 2-3 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 1.5-3.5 parts of stachyose, 10-15 parts of lotus seeds, 5-10 parts of walnut powder, 3-4 parts of holothurian, 5-8 parts of acori graminei rhizoma, 8-10 parts of greenish lily flowers, 8-10 parts of ginseng flowers, 8-10 parts of polygala tenuifolia, 8-10 parts of semen ziziphi spinosae, 8-10 parts of mulberries, 8-10 parts of cortex albiziae, 8-10 partsof platycladi seeds and 5-6 parts of fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae; every 1 kilogram of the rice powder is added with the following components by weight: 2.0-2.5 grams of calcium gluconate, 20-30 milligrams of zinc sulfate, 16-20 milligrams of ferrous citrate, 0.42-0.45 gram of taurine, 1.0-1.5 milligrams of xanthophyll, 0.3-0.5 gram of DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid), 0.6-0.8 milligram of xanthophyll, 0.5-0.6 milligram of vitamins K and 0.02-0.03 milligram of beta-carotene.
