titleOfInvention | High-strength completely biodegradable medical resin composition and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a high-strength completely biodegradable medical resin composition and a preparation method thereof. The composition raw materials comprises the components in parts by weight: 10-90 parts of polyglycolic acid, 10-90 parts of polylactic acid, 0-10 parts of polyethylene glycol and 0.1-0.8 part of an anti-oxidant. The raw materials are dried for 5-8 h in a drying oven with a temperature of 60 DEG C, then premixed by a high-speed mixer, subjected to melt extrusion by a double screw extruder, cooled and granulated, so that the product is prepared. The product has the characteristics of excellent mechanical properties such as high tensile strength and high flexural modulus, and easy processing and molding, and the product can be completely degraded into substances such as H2O, CO2 and the like which are harmless to human bodies in vivo. And therefore, the product is applicable to the medical fields of fracture internal fixation materials, tissue repair materials, operation sutures and the like, and belongs to a medical polymer material with wide application prospect. |
