The invention discloses a method for removing acetone insoluble substances out of a cyclotetramethylene tetranitramine crude product with superheated water. The method comprises the following steps: adding the cyclotetramethylene tetranitramine crude product and deionized water with the weight being 2-20 times of that of the cyclotetramethylene tetranitramine crude product into a high-pressure reaction kettle, heating to 100-200 DEG C, stirring for 1-40 hours under the pressure of less than or equal to 2MP, cooling to 10-25 DEG C, filtering, washing with water and drying to obtain a white crystal. The method has the advantages that water is as the solvent and the obtained cyclotetramethylene tetranitramine satisfies the requirements in Chinese Military Standard; the problem of solvent recovery is avoided; the safety is greatly improved in the energetic material after-treatment process; and environment pollution is not caused. |
