abstract | The invention provides a module combined type active oxygen particle generation device for a water treatment plant and belongs to the technical field of chemical applications of discharging plasmas. The device comprises three parts including an oxygen plasma reaction module combined system, a cooling water circulating system and a partitioned excitation power supply; a gas path and a cooling water path of a modularized oxygen plasma reaction module are reasonably combined in series and in parallel according to the requirements of a water purification process; meanwhile, a partitioned excitation power supplying technology is adopted to greatly improve the concentration and the yield of active oxygen particles; the highest concentration of the active oxygen particles can reach up to more than 200g/m<3> (measured by oxygen) and the single-machine yield of the active oxygen particles exceeds 2kg/h, so that the difficulty that the high yield is difficult to achieve under the high concentration by a regular active oxygen particle generation device is overcome effectively and branching output of the active oxygen particles can be realized; the flexibility, the maneuverability and the convenience for utilization are enhanced, so as to provide a novel technology device for improving the drinking water purification process of the water treatment plant. |
