titleOfInvention Embryo water extract extracted from animal embryo skin and muscle, and extraction method and applications thereof
abstract The invention discloses an embryo water extract extracted from animal embryo skin and muscle, and an extraction method and applications thereof, and belongs to the field of extraction technology of embryo extract from animal embryos, especially from embryo skin and muscle of animals such as sheep, pig and dog. The extraction method comprises following steps: embryo skin and muscle obtained from frozen preserved animal embryos are immersed in double distilled water, then are subjected to mechanical pulverization and repeated freezing and thawing, and are processed by a refrigerated centrifuge for 10 to 15min so as to obtain a water extracting solution; the pH value of the water extracting solution is adjusted to 2 to 4, and then is subjected to refrigerated centrifugation to remove a sediment and obtain a supernatant; the pH value of the supernatant is adjusted to 4 to 6, and then is subjected to refrigerated centrifugation to remove a sediment and obtain a water solution; the water solution is subjected to ultrafiltration so as to obtain the water soluble embryo extract with a molecular weight below 5000D. Embryo resources of the embryo water extract are wide; embryos are easily available; and the embryo water extract is suitable for industrialized large-scaled production, and is capable of ensuring substances in the extract to be easily absorbed by human skin and mucosal tissues.
