The preparation method comprises the steps of adding dodecyl benzene ring perborate into distilled water to obtain a solution A, adding ammonium persulfate to obtain a solution B, placing a base fabric into the solution B to obtain an infiltration solution C, stirring and infiltrating under the environment of ice-water bath, adding a pyrrole monomer into the solution C to obtain a solution D, reacting for 1-2 hours under the environment of ice-water bath, taking out the base fabric, washing and drying to obtain a conductive base fabric; adding a dopant into the distilled water to obtain a solution E, and adding a pyrrole monomer to obtain a solution F; adding the solution F into an electrolytic tank, taking the conductive base fabric as a working electrode for carrying out electrochemical polymerization reaction, washing and drying to obtain the spinning electrode, wherein a reference electrode is a Ag/AgCl electrode, and a counter electrode is a stainless steel wire net. The spinning electrode prepared by the preparation method provided by the invention is small in electrode impedance, good in flexibility and simple, fast and efficient in manufacturing process, has air and water vapor permeability, and cam be used under the condition that a conductive paste is not used.
