titleOfInvention Grain coffee
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of coffee and in particular relates to grain coffee. The grain coffee contains coffee powder, a sugar additive, skim milk powder, maltodextrin and grain powder, wherein the sugar additive is a mixture of xylose or xylooligosaccharide and L-arabinose. The grain coffee has the beneficial effects that the prepared grain powder can give full play to the efficacy of each traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), remove flavor of the TCM without affecting the taste of coffee and also play a role in delaying senility and protecting health; xylose and L-arabinose are introduced, thus not only hiding bitterness of coffee but also increasing sweetness and improving the taste; xylose and L-arabinose are not easy to absorb and L-arabinose also prevents sugar from being absorbed, thus the grain coffee is suitable for patients with hyperglycemia; through rational collocation of xylose and L-arabinose, the grain coffee plays a role in reducing blood glucose and simultaneously overcomes the defect that the patients with hyperglycemia are inappropriate to use sweetening agents as well as saves the cost.
