abstract | The invention belongs to the field of organic semiconductor materials and discloses an organic electroluminescent device and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic electroluminescent device comprises an anode substrate, a hole injection layer, a hole transmission layer, a luminescent layer, an electronic transmission layer, a spacer layer, an auxiliary electronic transmission layer, an electronic injection layer and a cathode layer which are sequentially stacked, and the spacer layer is made of a mixed material by doping a low-refraction-index material in a subject material according to a weight percentage of 5-20%. The spacer layer is made by mixing large-nanoscale inorganic material and the low-refraction-index inorganic material, so that light emitted from two sides is scattered in the middle and then reflected back to the bottom from an anode at the top, and light loss caused by generation of surface plasmon polaritons is avoided. The lower-refraction-index materials is used, so that the light reaching the spacer layer is enabled to occur total reflection, and light emitting efficiency is improved. |
