titleOfInvention | Heat exchanger for carbon dioxide air-conditioning system |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of air conditioners, and relates to a heat exchanger for a carbon dioxide air-conditioning system. The heat exchanger comprises a distributor, a header pipe and a copper pipe which are successively connected to one another, wherein one end of the header pipe is used for distributing refrigerating fluid of the inlet and the outlet of the heat exchanger and is connected with a system; the other end of the header pipe is connected with the coiled copper pipe; a plurality of fins are perpendicularly arranged on the copper pipe; a refrigerating fluid side of the heat exchanger passes through the copper pipe; and an air side of the heat exchanger penetrates in the fins in parallel. The heat exchanger with the small pipe diameter is quite easy to machine technologically, and requirements on pressure resistance and properties can be met. In addition, the heat exchanger is suitable for the volume-limited inside environment of an automobile, resists pressure, and is simple in structure. |
