The device comprises a restrained unit, a telescopic joint, support connection segments, a support kernel steel core, a limiting clamp, a glass fiber reinforcing plastic layer, a polyurethane foam layer, an unbonded material layer and a rib plate; according to the processing technology, vacuum infusion one-time integral forming is adopted; the device is designed into a linear or a cross-shaped steel plate through the restrained unit, a GFRP rectangular tube with ribs is taken as the restrained unit, and a piece of glass fiber cloth is coated with the polyurethane foam layer, the resin is infused, and then solidification is performed so as to form the rib plate; the characteristics of small stiffness, great flexibility and designability of the telescopic joint are utilized, so that the axial force is mainly born by the kernel steel core; the limiting clamp is arranged in the middle of the support kernel steel core to prevent relative diastrophism of the support kernel steel core and the restrained unit, and the restrained full segment of the support kernel steel core is coated with the unbonded material to reduce the frication of the support kernel steel core and the restrained unit. The device is simple in structure, and has the characteristics of excellent tightness, integrality and corrosion resistance. |
