titleOfInvention | Wear-resistant plastic used for preparing shoe soles and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a wear-resistant plastic used for preparing shoe soles and a preparation method thereof. The wear-resistant plastic comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of acrylic-butadiene copolymer, 10-20 parts of silicon dioxide, 20-30 parts of ethylene-butene copolymer, 10-15 parts of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, 12-20 parts of trioctyl trimellitate, 2-5 parts of sodium perchlorate, 10-20 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 10-18 parts of dimethicone, 2-8 parts of hexamethylenetetramine and 10-20 parts of silane coupling agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out internal mixing on the components in an internal mixer twice, then granulating the mixture, and putting the granules in a die to be molded. The wear-resistant plastic has excellent wear resistance and has DIN wear resistance of 157-159mm<3>, tensile strength of 3.9-4.2MPa and wear resistance of 7.9mm. |
