titleOfInvention | PE (Poly Ethylene) preservative film and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a PE (Poly Ethylene) preservative film, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 100-300 parts of LLDPE (Linear Low Density Poly Ethylene), 20-30 parts of polyisobutene, 10-25 parts of TPEE (Thermoplastic Polyether Ester Elastomer), 5-15 parts of ultra-low density polyethylene, 2-8 parts of talcum powder, 1-3 parts of silicon dioxide, 1-4 parts of glycerol, 2-5 parts of sorbitol, 3-6 parts of Span40, 0.5-1.6 parts of trimethylolpropane and 200-500 parts of water. A preparation process of the PE preservative film provided by the invention comprises the following steps: firstly, dispersing the LLDPE, the polyisobutene, the TPEE and the ultra-low density polyethylene in water, and then adding the talcum powder, the silicon dioxide, the glycerol, the sorbitol, the Span40 and the trimethylolpropane, and heating until the temperature reaches 95 DEG C; after stirring evenly, cooling until the temperature is in the range from 50 DEG C to 70 DEG C to obtain a solution for curtain coating to form a film; applying the obtained solution to a steel strip on a curtain coating production line through a die head in a curtain coating way, and then passing the steel strip through a drying tunnel at a temperature in the range from 130 to 180 DEG C for drying. The PE preservative film provided by the invention is more convenient to stretch and easier to operate compared with a PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) preservative film; the preservative film is lower in moisture permeability and more advantageous for retaining moisture. |
