titleOfInvention Treatment process for wastewater produced in production of PU (Poly Urethane) synthetic leather
abstract The invention discloses a treatment process for wastewater produced in production of PU (Poly Urethane) synthetic leather, and belongs to the technical field of wastewater treatment in the chemical field. The wastewater treatment process comprises the following steps of: pre-treating, namely, removing large particular substances; anaerobic biotreatment, namely, adding FeSO4 and H2O2 to perform fenton reaction; aerobic biochemical treatment, namely, feeding wastewater into a UASB (Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket) reaction tank to remove most of organic substances under the effect of anaerobes; and a sludge treatment system, wherein the sludge produced in a sludge treatmentthe system is conveyed to a sludge concentrating tank to be treated, and supernate flows back to an adjusting tank. By adopting the treatment process, sulfions as well as toxicity can be resisted; the capacity of resisting the impact load is high; the operation is stable; anaerobic reaction and aerobic reaction are not performed in the same reactor, so that little mutual influence is caused, and the process condition can be controlled well; the nitrification efficiency is high; and the treatment process is especially suitable for being used for treating the organic wastewater which contains a large number of suspended solids, is difficultly degraded and has high concentration.
