titleOfInvention Method for simultaneously and effectively removing laver protein and laver polysaccharide from laver extracting solution
abstract The invention relates to a technology and method for simultaneously and effectively removing laver protein and laver polysaccharide from a laver extracting solution and belongs to the technical field of deep processing of marine products. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: extracting laver serving as raw material, filtering the extracting solution, adding chitosan, regulating the pH, fully stirring, standing the solution still, centrifuging the solution and the like, wherein the removal rates of the laver protein and the laver polysaccharide in the obtained laver extracting solution can reach 85-95% and 70-80% respectively. The method provided by the invention lays a good foundation for the separation and the purification of micromolecule active ingredients (such as taurine) in the laver extracting solution. As food-grade chitosan is used as a flocculant and no organic solvent or biological preparation is added, the whole process is green and environment-friendly, the obtained laver protein and laver polysaccharide can be directly used as the raw materials of medicines or functional food, and the added value of the production is improved. The method is simple in operation process, quite high in industrialization degree, and low in production cost, and the obtained side products have wide application values in the medicines and the functional food.
