According to the tea bag, materials are reasonably taken and matched according to a four-season health-maintaining and five-element health-maintaining principle; the prepared health-maintaining tea bag has the effects of clearing heat and relieving summer heat, and tonifying spleen and tonifying stomach; the tea bag can be used for improving the immunity of a human body, is beneficial for improving conditions of easily catching a cold, easily having sunstroke, easily having intestines diseases and usually feeling tired, and has certain effects of decreasing lipid, lowering blood pressure and reducing blood sugar, so that the tea bag is suitable for being used as a summer noon health-maintaining tea beverage.
