titleOfInvention Method for preparing colored specimen of newly-born lamb whole-body internal organ lumens
abstract The invention relates to a method for preparing a colored specimen of newly-born lamb whole-body internal organ lumens, for providing solutions to technical problems, i.e., methods for preparing a lamb connected blood vessel coloring combination liquid by using such materials as damaged table tennis balls, waterless ethanol, camphor, a proper amount of oil painting pigments and the like, and preparing lamb internal organ lumen filling and combination materials prepared by such materials as a colorless 808 silicone sealant, cyclohexanone, a proper amount of oil painting pigments and the like. The method comprises: selecting a fresh, lossless, newly-born afterbirth connected lamb material; cleaning the body surface of the lamb, washing lumens and fixing; performing coloring treatment on connected blood vessels; performing filling treatment on the inside of the lamb internal organ lumens; material shaping, hardening and fixing; performing acid solution treatment and washing with water; and repairing the form, installing a support and preserving with a transparent cover so as to prepare the colored specimen with whole-body lumen internal organ forms and positions similar to those of a lamb real live body and as the same as the lamb real live body. By using the provided method, the needs of animal husbandry and veterinary specialties for animal dissecting and animal internal and external obstetrics, the needs of agriculture and husbandry colleges for teaching and practice, and the needs of scientific research institutions and the like are well met, the specimen can be stored at a dry place on a shelf at a normal temperature for a long time with color and without unfavorable flavor.
