The present invention relates to a synthesis method of substituted pyridine derivatives. The method comprises that in the presence of a copper source compound catalyst and a base, in an organic solvent, the C-C between pyridine N-oxide and aryl boronic acid compound is carried out. Coupling reaction, thereby preparing corresponding substituted pyridine derivatives with high yield and high purity, provides an efficient and cheap synthetic route for the synthesis of such compounds, and has broad industrial application prospects and market value. |
