titleOfInvention | Drug composition for treating red skin disease of grass carp and preparation method of drug composition |
abstract | The invention discloses a drug composition for treating red skin disease of grass carp. The drug composition comprises the following traditional Chinese medicine in parts by weight: 10 to 30 parts of humulus japonicus, 20 to 30 parts of euphorbia humifusa, 2 to 10 parts of melia azedarach leaves, 20 to 25 parts of herba houttuyniae, 2 to 10 parts of hinoki leaves and 2 to 7 parts of garlic. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the drug composition. According to the drug composition for treating red skin disease of the grass carp, the effective constituents of lupulone and humulone in the humulus japonicus have obvious inhibiting effects on gram positive bacteria such as staphylococcus aureus, streptococcus faecalis, streptococcus pneumoniae, corynebacterium diphtheriae, bacillus anthracis, bacillus subtilis and bacillus cereus in vitro. In the preparation method, a supercritical CO2 extraction method is adopted to extract effective constituents from humulus japonicus, so that activity of the effective constituents of the humulus japonicus is reserved, and the content is higher. The preparation method provided by the invention is simple and practical, and is suitable for large-scale production. |
