titleOfInvention Livestock feed and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of feed and microbial fermentation, relates to a livestock feed and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a purple perilla and vine tea fermented feed. The method comprises the following steps: mixing purple perilla powder, vine tea powder, corn flour, molasses and water to obtain thick slurry; heating and soaking, sterilizing and cooling; introducing the bacillus licheniformis and lactobacillus plantarum composite strain liquid; performing primary thick slurry fermentation to obtain a purple perilla and vine tea fermented thick slurry feed; proportionally mixing the purple perilla and vine tea fermented thick slurry feed with corn flour, soybean meal powder, puffed soybean meal, bran and premix; performing secondary solid-state fermentation and directly drying to obtain a purple perilla and vine tea growth-promoting fermented feed. The growth-promoting fermented feed is rich in functional nutrients such as biologically-active small peptide, conjugated linoleic acid, alpha-linoleic acid, linolenic acid, purple perilla flavone, vine tea flavone and lactic acid, has the characteristics of high nutrition, easiness in digestion, good palatability, low content of antinutritional factors and the like, and can obviously promote the livestock/poultry growth, improve the body type of the fattened pigs, remarkably increase the lean meat percentage of the livestock/poultry, and obviously reduce the feed conversion ratio of the livestock/poultry.
