titleOfInvention | Modifier for polyvinylidene fluoride, binder resin composition for batteries, secondary cell electrode, and battery |
abstract | Disclosed are a modifier for PVDF which increases the adhesion of PVDF to metal, a binder resin composition for batteries which uses said modifier, and a battery. The peeling strength between an aluminum foil and a specific cured coating film obtained from a mixture of 6 parts by mass of the disclosed polyvinylidene fluoride modifier and 14 parts by mass polyvinylidene fluoride is 20g/cm or greater. Said modifier optimally contains a macromonomer copolymer (X) obtained by polymerizing a macromonomer (A) having an unsaturated double bond and a vinyl monomer (B) having a polar group. The aforementioned macromonomer (A) is optimally a methacrylic acid ester-based macromonomer (A-1). The aforementioned vinyl monomer (B) is optimally a methacrylic acid ester or a fluorinated alkyl methacrylate. |
