titleOfInvention | Inflaming retarding type three-layer insulating wire manufacturing method |
abstract | The invention relates to an inflaming retarding type three-layer insulating wire manufacturing method. Coppers wires are combined to obtain an inner core of an insulating wire. A single-screw plastic extruding machine sequentially covers the outer side of the inner core formed by the copper wires with two inflaming retarding modified polyester insulating layers and covers the outer side of the inflaming retarding modified polyester insulating layer of the outer layer with an inflaming retarding modified polyamide resin layer. Compared with the prior art, the obtained three-layer insulating winding wire reaches the B class (temperature-resistant grade is 130 DEG C) and the inflaming retarding class can reach the UL V-0 standard. Compared with an existing B-class three-layer insulating winding wire, the inflaming-retarding performance of winding wires is improved greatly and the winding wires are applied to transformers and high-frequency winding coils. Thus, the safety and fire-proof performances of the transformers are greatly improved and the ROHS, halogen-free and environment-friendly requirements for the electronic industry of European Union are met. |
