titleOfInvention | Method for preparing plumericin |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing plumericin. The method comprises the following steps: grinding plumeria rubra root bark, adding appropriate water and biological enzyme, and carrying out enzymolysis for 20-40 hours at 30-40 DEG C; then adding 5-10 times of 50-90 percent of ethanol solution for reflux extraction, concentrating an extracting solution to be alcohol-free; adding macroporous resin columns for adsorption, and carrying out gradient elution for the ethanol solution; concentrating eluent, regulating ph 1-3, placing for crystallization, and filtering out crystal substances; dissolving with the ethanol solution, adding activated carbon for decoloration, filtering the activated carbon, placing filtering liquid for crystallization, filtering out the crystal substances, dissolving with the ethanol solution, and finally cold crystallizing. The method for preparing plumericin has a simple and convenient process and is easily operated, and the extraction efficiency is high. The obtained product has high purity and easily realizes industrial production. |
