titleOfInvention | Process for preparing 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane through condensation of acidic ionic liquid catalytic aniline and formaldehyde |
abstract | The invention provides a process for preparing 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane (4,4-MDA) through condensation of acidic ionic liquid catalytic aniline and formaldehyde. The process includes the first step of adding aniline and acidic ionic liquid into a reactor provided with a backflow condensing device, dropwise adding a formalin solution into the reactor at 30-60 DEG C, stirring the mixture for 5-45 minutes, and then raising the temperature to 60-120 DEG C to react for 2-10 hours, wherein the raw material molar ratio is that aniline: formaldehyde=2-10: 1, and the catalyst mass ratio is that the acidic ionic liquid: the formaldehyde=0.5-10: 1, the second step of using water to extract reaction liquid, obtaining a water layer and an organic layer through separation, carrying out spin-steaming on the water layer, and recycling the ionic liquid for repeat use. The process is mild in reaction condition, high in catalyst activity and good in selectivity, and the prepared 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane can be repeatedly used. |
