titleOfInvention Traditional Chinese medicine drug granules used for prevention and treatment of pig dysentery and preparation method of traditional Chinese medicine drug granules
abstract The invention discloses traditional Chinese medicine drug granules used for prevention and treatment of pig dysentery. The traditional Chinese medicine drug granules are composed of the following components, by weight, including 3-6 parts of hairyvein agrimony, 3-5 parts of platycodon grandiflorum, 2-6 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 2-4 parts of radix paeoniae alba, 1-3 parts of elecampane, 1-3 parts of betel nuts, 1-2 parts of monkshood, 1-2 parts of herba epimedii and 1-2 parts of liquorice. A preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine drug granules comprises the following steps: the nine types of medicinal materials, namely the hairyvein agrimony, the platycodon grandiflorum, the scutellaria baicalensis, the radix paeoniae alba, the elecampane, the betel nuts, the monkshood, the herba epimedii and the liquorice are weighed and decocted twice in water, wherein the water is 10 times the weight of the medicinal materials, the first time of decoction lasts 2.0 hours, and the second time of decoction lasts 1.5 hours; filtrates obtained through the two times of decoction are combined and stand for 24 hours, and supernatant liquid is extracted, concentrated to the relative density of 1.28 (80 DEG C), dried at 60-70 DEG C, and smashed; saccharose is added into the smashed extract, mixed evenly, and made into granule bodies with 85% of ethyl alcohol; the granule bodies pass through a sieve with a bore diameter of 2000 +/- 70 micrometers, are dried at 60 DEG C, and pass through the sieve with a bore diameter of 2000 +/- 70 micrometers again to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine drug granules. The traditional Chinese medicine drug granules are used for prevention and treatment of the pig dysentery and have the advantages of being excellent in curative effect and free of the problems of drug residue, toxic and side effects and drug resistance.
