titleOfInvention | Method for preparing deer skin gelatin freeze-dried powder |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing a deer skin gelatin freeze-dried powder. The method comprises the steps: a deer skin gelatin solution containing a large number of water is cooled and frozen into a solid in advance, then water in the solid is directly sublimated under a near vacuum condition, and effective active ingredients in the deer skin gelatin solution are left in the frozen ice shelf. Because the method is carried out at the relatively low temperature, and the active ingredients in the deer skin gelatin solution cannot be destroyed, and the loss of the effective ingredients cannot be caused; and the prepared deer skin gelatin freeze-dried powder has the moisture content of lower than 3 wt.%, is loose and porous, is easy to dissolve in water, and is convenient to directly use or use in cooperation with a subsequent process. The deer skin gelatin freeze-dried powder prepared by the method for preparing the deer skin gelatin freeze-dried powder has the collagen content of more than 20.0 wt.% and the glycine content of more than 22.0 wt.%. |
