abstract The invention relates to a lipid-lowing selenium-rich tea pigment. The lipid-lowing selenium-rich tea pigment is characterized by comprising the flowing components in percentage by weight: 40-60 percent of selenium-rich tea pigment, 10-20 percent of selenium-rich glabrous greenbrier rhizome extract powder, 10-20 percent of selenium-rich hawthorn fruit extract powder and 10-30 percent of semen cassiae powder. The lipid-lowing selenium-rich tea pigment is pure natural lipid-lowing health food which is prepared in such a manner that the selenium-rich tea pigment extracted from natural selenium-rich tea in an Enshi region with high selenium content is mixed with the Chinese medicinal materials in Enshi, and then the mixture is subjected to refining. The lipid-lowing selenium-rich tea pigment has obvious effects of lowing blood fat, blood pressure and blood viscosity, and is of important medical significance on the prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
