abstract The invention discloses a piglet selenium-free premix containing purple sweet potato powder and a manufacturing method thereof. The piglet selenium-free premix containing the purple sweet potato powder is compounded of fourteen kinds of raw materials, namely, the purple sweet potato powder, calcium carbonate, calcium hydrogen phosphate, salt, L-heme-L-lysinate, vitamin additives, microelement additives (without selenium), choline chloride, phytase, sweetening agents, antioxidants, antibiotic, piglet complex phosphoesterasum and corn flour. The manufacturing method of the piglet selenium-free premix containing the purple sweet potato powder includes five processes, namely, purple sweet potato powder processing, corn flour processing, primary mixing and stirring, secondary mixing and stirring and bagging. The functional premix manufactured through the manufacturing method of the piglet selenium-free premix containing the purple sweet potato powder is manufactured into complete piglet feed with an appending proportion being 8%, the addition of inorganic selenium or organic selenium is reduced, or even no inorganic selenium or organic selenium is added, feeding cost is reduced, and the functions of promoting rapid growth of piglets and bowels are achieved.
