On the basis of the prior art, the absorbent pad is pressed to obtain moisture when fingers of to-be-identified or attendance recording personnel are dry and before the fingers are placed on a fingerprint reading optoelectronic block, so as to replace the way of blowing air to the fingers to improve the fingerprint humidity, which is favorable for improving the fingerprint identification efficiency and correct fingerprint identification rate, and meanwhile, the housing has a simple structure, and is easy to manufacture and improve.
