The invention provides a nano antibody aiming at cystatin C (CysC) epitope and discloses a gene sequence for encoding the nano antibody and a host cell capable of expressing the nano antibody. By means of the nano antibody gene sequence and the host cell disclosed by the invention, the nano antibody can be efficiently expressed in escherichia coli to benefit the research on cystatin C (CysC) detection reagents. |
