titleOfInvention Method for preparing sodium hydrogen sulfate through microwave radiation
abstract The invention provides a method for preparing sodium hydrogen sulfate through microwave radiation, which comprises the following steps: preparing a mixed solution from sulfuric acid and sodium sulfate used as raw materials according to a certain stoichiometric ratio; performing microwave radiation and evaporation concentration to obtain molten sodium hydrogen sulfate; and keeping the temperature, dewatering, and naturally cooling to obtain the high-purity sodium hydrogen sulfate product. Through microwave radiation, water in the mixed solution can be selectively heated first, thus inhibiting generation of byproducts, shortening the heating time and ensuring low energy consumption; the required high temperature and generated acid mist of sulfuric acid in the existing preparation method are avoided; and the method has the advantages of energy saving and environment friendliness. The method for preparing sodium hydrogen sulfate is simple in technological equipment requirement, causes no secondary pollution, and can be used in the desulfurization process of multiple industries such as coal-fired power generation, steel, non-ferrous metal and the like.
