titleOfInvention A Simultaneous Reconstruction Method of PET Concentration and Attenuation Coefficient
abstract The invention discloses a simultaneous reconstruction method of PET concentration and attenuation coefficient, comprising: (1) collecting coincidence counts; (2) constructing PET state space equations; (3) estimating PET concentration distribution and attenuation coefficient distribution by using UKF algorithm. The present invention utilizes the robust tasteless Kalman filter framework to simultaneously estimate the attenuation coefficient and the radioactivity concentration without linearizing the Jacobian matrix, and at the same time uses a sampling method to ensure the estimation of the mean and variance; compared to the EKF-based reconstruction method, this The invention can better deal with system noise, measurement data noise and modeling errors.
