abstract The present invention discloses a pretreatment method and a ciprofloxacin and erythromycin detection method. The pretreatment method comprises: 1) mixing raw material milk and/or a liquid state dairy product, acetonitrile and an inorganic salt A, shaking, carrying out centrifugation, and collecting the supernatant, wherein the inorganic salt A is anhydrous magnesium sulfate, anhydrous sodium sulfate, anhydrous sodium carbonate, anhydrous sodium acetate and sodium chloride; and 2) mixing the supernatant, a C18 filler and an inorganic salt B, vortexing, carrying out centrifugation, and collecting the supernatant, wherein the inorganic salt B is anhydrous sodium sulfate and/or anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and 1 mL of a sample to be detected is added with 5-50 mg of the C18 filler. The detection method comprises: carrying out high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry detection on the solution obtained by using the pretreatment method. With the pretreatment method, pretreatment efficiency is significantly improved, the method is rapid, simple, economical and reliable, influence of matrix can be removed, the target measurement object can be effectively extracted, rapid detection of the sample requiring detection is easily achieved, the organic solvent is saved, and the process is simple.
