abstract | The invention discloses a method for identification of tobacco biotoxicity by ribosomal protein S29. The method includes: (1) using test tobacco to establish a rat smoke acute poisoning model; (2) acquiring the serum of the rat smoke acute poisoning model; and (3) detecting the expression intensity of the ribosomal protein S29 in serum, and identifying the biotoxicity of the test tobacco. The identification method includes that: if the expression intensity of the ribosomal protein S29 in serum is higher than 718.3, the test tobacco can have low biotoxicity; and if the expression intensity of the ribosomal protein S29 in serum is lower than 718.3, the test tobacco can have high biotoxicity. The amino acid sequence of the ribosomal protein S29 is shown as SEQ ID No.1. The method considers the two factors, i.e. the tobacco and the smoking object, and the result can be more reliable. Thus, important supplement and improvement are made to assessment methods of tobacco biotoxicity. |
