titleOfInvention | Coal-based carbonaceous intermediate phase preparation method based on elementium |
abstract | The invention discloses a coal-based carbonaceous intermediate phase preparation method based on elementium, belonging to a preparation method of carbonaceous intermediate phase. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) taking an elementium, namely an asphaltene group component, as a raw material; (2) adding a solvent A with a ratio of 2-8mL/g into the elementium, and preparing sol of the elementium at the room temperature; (3) with air of which the temperature is 20-100 DEG C and the relative humidity is 10-50% as a medium, drying the sol for 3-100 hours at a flowing speed of 0.1-2m/s, and preparing flaky elementium which is of 50-600nm spheres under microcosmic view; and (4) grinding the flaky elementium to be 200-100 meshes, putting the flaky elementium into a high-temperature carbonizing furnace in a natural piling or compression forming mode; with nitrogen of which the flowing speed is 100-600cm<3>/min as an inert gas, heating to 430-460 DEG C at a temperature rising speed of 2-8 DEG C/min, preserving the temperature for 1-6 hours, then stopping heating, naturally cooling to the temperature being lower than 300 DEG C under the protection of the inert gas, further cooling to room temperature, thus obtaining the carbonaceous intermediate phase. The method has the advantages that firstly, the raw materials are easily available and the cost is low; secondly, the method is simple, and no airtight pressurizing equipment is in need and therefore the cost is saved; and thirdly, the soluble intermediate phase content can be 41.3%. |
