titleOfInvention Polystyrene adhesive for carton and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a polystyrene adhesive for a carton, which is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-12 parts of polystyrene, 40-45 parts of ethyl acetate, 12-14 parts of chloroform, 3-4 parts of tributyl citrate, 0.4-0.7 part of triethylenediamine, 6-8 parts of polyisobutylene, 1-2 parts of methylethoxy silicone oil, 3-4 parts of vinyltriethoxysilane, 1-2 parts of phenyltriethoxysilane, 5-6 parts of meerschaum powder, 2-3 parts of butyl-etherified amino resin, 1-2 parts of morpholine, 4-5 parts of maleic resin and 1-1.4 parts of tert-butyl peroxybenzoate. According to the invention, the adhesive is accessible in raw materials and low in price; the preparation process is simple; and the pollution can be reduced. The product has the advantages of low price, favorable binding force, acid/alkali resistance and no environment pollution.
