abstract The present invention relates to a fluororesin coating film, which comprises: an undercoat layer formed on a substrate; an intermediate layer, wherein the intermediate layer comprises a modified polytetrafluoroethylene and/or a modifier containing less than 1 wt%. a tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether) copolymer layer of polytetrafluoroethylene; and a topcoat layer formed on said intermediate layer, wherein said topcoat layer comprises a new Mohs hardness of 7 or more High filler and tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether) copolymer. It is a fluororesin coating film having improved permeation resistance while retaining excellent abrasion resistance, and products containing such a film.
