abstract | The invention provides soft wear-resistant PVC (polyvinyl chloride). The soft wear-resistant PVC comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of PVC, 5-50 parts of HDPE (high-density polyethylene), 1-100 parts of plasticizer, 0.01-10 parts of heat stabilizer, 0.1-5 parts of strong oxidant, 0.01-1 part of ultraviolet absorber, 0.01-1 part of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.01-20 parts of lubricant and 0.1-50 parts of flexibilizer. The soft wear-resistant PVC has the technical effects that the friction coefficient of the product is 0.2-0.1 which is reduced by 50% compared with that of pure PVC; the product keeps bending at 180 degrees for one hour, without a white mark; the bending strength is 70MPa, the bending modulus is 1800MPa, the elongation at break is 270-300%, and the product is not cracked at minus 40 DEG C; the wear extent to steel is 1mg, the product is self-extinguished within seven seconds, the production process is simple, and the price is low; and the product is resistant to heat, cold, acid, alkali, ultraviolet and wear, has high dielectric strength, can be widely produced and can continuously replace the existing materials. |
