abstract | The invention provides a high-performance organic silicon-containing halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin composite material. The high-performance organic silicon-containing halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 2 parts of metallocene polyethylene, 0.2 parts of heat stabilizer, 0-10 parts of char forming agent, 37.2-57.9 parts of linear low-density polyethylene, 10 parts of organic silicon flame retardant, 19.6-29.9 parts of EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) and 0-40 parts of halogen-free flame retardant. The high-performance organic silicon-containing halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin composite material has the beneficial effects that by adding a certain amount of self-made organic silicon flame-retardant to the halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin composite material, pure non-halogen is realized in the whole process from monomer synthesis to solvent synthesis, the compatibility between a halogen-free flame retardant filler and a matrix is improved, the mechanical property is improved, meanwhile, a relatively compact and stable charcoal layer is formed, and the organic silicon flame-retardant has a synergistic effect on the flame retardant property of the halogen-free flame retardant material. |
