titleOfInvention | Preparation method and application of resin composition |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a resin composition. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: taking 20-50wt% of metal alkoxide monomer A, 20-60wt% of metal alkoxide monomer B and 10-50wt% of organic solvent at normal temperature, firstly carrying out decomposition reaction, and then adding a catalyst to carry out condensation reaction to polymerize polymers, wherein the metal alkoxide monomer A has a branch which can provide hydroxy after being hydrolyzed, and the metal alkoxide monomer B has a branch which does not provide hydroxy after being hydrolyzed. The preparation method has the beneficial effects that by adding water for hydrolysis, the condensation reaction comprises a simple gel process which can be operated smoothly at normal temperature; various resins are provided by a pure method and are suitable for transparent inorganic ceramic resin/ceramic compositions; and the prepared thermal ceramic fillers have good heat dissipation characteristics and simultaneously can solve the problem of high-purity cacaine or synthetic resin paints. |
