titleOfInvention Composite floor brick prepared from modified carbide slag and waste polyvinyl chloride plastics
abstract The invention discloses a composite floor brick prepared from modified carbide slag and waste polyvinyl chloride plastics and a production method thereof, and the composite floor brick is prepared by hot pressing after mixing of the modified carbide slag and the waste polyvinyl chloride plastics according to a certain weight ratio. The composite floor brick is prepared by adopting the waste plastics and industrial waste residue carbide slag as main raw materials and using an appropriate preparation method, so that environmental pollution of the waste polyvinyl chloride plastics and the carbide slag can be reduced, and a new material for construction engineering is provided. The composite floor brick product has the advantages of simple production process, low price, water resistance and skid resistance, heat conduction and warmth keeping, good sound absorption, excellent foot-feel comfortable degree and the like, and has good social benefits and market prospects. According to the composite floor brick, through modification of the carbide slag surface by use of a coupling agent distearoyl isopropoxy aluminate, the surface property of the carbide slag is changed into lipophilic from hydrophilic, so that the blending compatibility and associative property of the carbide slag and the waste polyvinyl chloride plastics are greatly improved, and the performances of the composite floor brick are improved.
